What is a Healing Modality?
A healing modality is a supportive approach that shines light on making connection to your Inner Healing Wisdom. In other words, it teaches us what we need to know, what has been hidden from us in order to heal. Some modalities are deeply somatic — rooted in the body. Others work with the nervous system, inner narratives, or expanded states of consciousness. We don’t expect you to know which one is “right.” We’ll help you find the path that best meets your needs, intentions, and healing journey.
Types of Modalities
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Get to know your inner parts
IFS offers a compassionate, structured way to understand the parts of yourself that protect, react, and carry pain. You’ll build a relationship with your inner system and learn to lead from your “Self” — the calm, wise part within you.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
Heal without reliving
EMDR helps reprocess painful or overwhelming memories and unhelpful beliefs we hold about ourselves using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movement or tapping). You remain grounded in the present as your nervous system learns to release the emotional charge of past experiences.
Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™
Expanded access with grounded support
Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy™ (KA-EMDR) is an integrative approach that combines EMDR with a low-dose, sublingual form of ketamine to support deeper trauma reprocessing. Clients remain alert and engaged while accessing enhanced emotional flexibility in a safe, collaborative environment.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
Expanded states for deeper healing
We provide therapeutic preparation and integration for clients using ketamine or other plant medicines in healing contexts. This work can create space for transformation, insight, and release — guided with care, consent, and intention.
Somatic Therapy
Reconnect with your body’s wisdom
Somatic therapy helps you build awareness of how your body stores emotion, stress, and trauma. Through gentle exploration, breathwork, and grounding techniques, you’ll learn to listen to what your body is saying — and give it space to heal.
Yin Yoga
Stillness for the nervous system
A gentle, meditative practice that paired with curated music targets the deep connective tissues of the body to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and invite grounded presence. Poses are held for longer periods, creating space for rest, reflection, and healing.

Breath as Medicine
Through breathwork and meditation we elicit inordinary states of consciousness, awareness and embodied self-compassion. These are woven into many of our sessions and these practices can help soothe anxiety, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your inner calm.
