Lana Standards (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) based in Chicago and Oak Park, IL. She specializes in trauma-informed, relational, and body-centered therapy for adults, couples, and families.

Lana’s work has evolved over her 15+ years of practice and with that experience is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationships—with self, others, and community. Her approach combines clinical expertise with deep presence, offering care that honors each client’s unique story, pace, and process.

  • Certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (Naropa University)

  • In progress: 200-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga instruction

  • In progress: Certification in Holotropic Breathwork
