About Jeff
Jeff Greenberg (he/him) is a counselor-in-training at Root + Bloom, drawing from mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling and over a decade of contemplative practice. With a background in global economics, Buddhist psychology, and end-of-life care, Jeff brings a grounded and spacious presence to his therapeutic work.
He supports clients navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and spiritual exploration—offering care that is collaborative, embodied, and rooted in deep listening. Jeff is especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their intuition and find clarity during times of transition.

Jeff’s Approach
Jeff integrates Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatics, and mindfulness to help clients explore emotions through a body-based lens. His approach is intuitive and collaborative, inviting curiosity and acceptance into the healing process. Jeff meets each client where they are—with presence, empathy, and a commitment to spacious inner work.
